In becoming Broker within the ESOP’s “Residential – Rental” department, send us your CV (by filling in the form bellow)
Involving:
- Selecting residential properties and prospecting them
- Meeting the owners of the properties to discuss the renting and collaboration terms
- Presenting the properties to customers interested in renting them (mostly foreigners)
- Negotiation and mediation of the renting contracts
Our requirements
University degree
Communication, presentation, negotiation and mediation abilities
English (writing and conversation) – advanced level
Other foreign languages – represent an advantage
Interest in a long term collaboration
Driving license – B category
Availability for extended schedule
Adaptation and integration in the team
Initiative and creativity
The capacity of finding solutions
The professional attitude of “client orientation”
Communication or selling courses is a plus
We do not require experience in the real estate field
Package
